Yes, it works for me. I’m been taking TrimUp since Dec 2011. I’ve managed to shed 4 kgs. It’s simple. I just took 1 sachet in the morning before breakfast. I did not skip my meals but I do cut down the portion. It works! More importantly, I still can eat… Check out this website www.vtox2u.com
GOOD LUCK!

No, I am afraid they don’t.
They will tell you to diet and exercise and take their expensive pills.
You do the work, they pocket the money.
If any of these pills worked there would be no overweight people at all.

Question by : Do carb blockers work?
I see them for sale everywhere and wonder if they really help out a low carb diet if you eat a few carbs that you shouldn’t. Do they really work?
I didn’t ask about the merits of a low carb diet. Only if the carb blocking pills worked.

Question by Aaron: Is my workout plan effective?
I’ve been going to the gym 6 days a week for a little over a month now. I drink about 3 protetin shakes a day and I’m on a supplement called Equibolix and an estrogen blocker now. During my first month, I was taking Tren Complex. I eat oatmeal every morning and I try my best to carb up before workouts. I’m also eating smaller portions and a little more frequently every day. I’ve definitely seen improvements but I want to cut more body fat. I was at 18% when I started working out and I’m at around 15% now. I really want to cut my belly fat and lose my love handles. I still have a small gut. Here’s my workout schedule.
Monday – Chest and Cardio (stationary bike)
Tuesday – Back and Abs
Wednesday – Arms (bi’s, tri’s, forearms) and Cardio (stationary bike)
Thursday – Shoulders and Squats (abs)
Friday – Cardio and Abs
I do about 30 minutes of cardio on the stationary bike and keep my heart rate around 135.
I start my schedule all over again on Saturday. My main goal is to get cut and lose my belly. I don’t wanna get any bigger either. I weigh about 170lbs and I’m 5’11.
Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
By the way, I do about 4 sets of 8 reps and around 5 different lifts for strength training on each body part.

no its not effective working out 6 days a week is way to many days to be working out. your body needs rest and without rest there is no gains, also drinking 3 protein shakes is kind of pushing it, you only need 1 protein shake oafter your workout. i would recomend full body weight workouts monday wedsday and friday, and do HIT cardio on tuesday and thursday. also i would recomend checking out bodybuilding.com they have great workout plans and nutrition plans to help you lose weight.

Question by 13th Floor: Medical personnel: help with hypertension?
I can’t seem to find an appropriate medication for myself. So far have been on: ace-inhibitor: gave me lupus; calcium blocker: I was allergic; diuretic: did nothing for me; alpha-blocker: caused severe edema in lower extremities; beta-blocker: minimally effective and caused my blood sugar and lipids to skyrocket. Right now I am on Clonidine, which is controlling my blood pressure well, but has caused me to be deeply depressed and lethargic. I am thin and eat a low-calorie, low-carb diet. My doctor was so perplexed that he even checked me for a pheochromocytoma (negative). Is there any other group of medications to try, or have I run the gamut? I’m about ready to chuck them all and say to heck with it.

Cut the salt if you haven’t already.
Potassium: Try to eat around 3000 mgs a day, this can make a huge difference, sometimes within days. The Wal-Mart supplements suck though because they are only 99 mg and can upset your stomach
Co Q-10: 200-300 mg a day capsules a day (takes about three months to fully kick in and is expensive, but it does work)
Hawthorne Berry supplements: Around 500 mg 3-5 times a day
Magnesium supplements
Valerian is good for people who have stress/temper related hypertension.
I’ve literally seen someone combine all of this and their blood pressure go from 149/95 to 117/79 within two weeks.
Don’t mix anything if you are on medication without talking to the doctoe first though.
